Q: The fan and lights are both not working. What should I do?
A: Please remove the fan from the PC case and confirm it works properly when powered before reinstalling it.
1.Before use, please peel off the sticker from each fan.
2. Connect the power cable to the first fan and align the | mark with the locking symbol on the fan.
3. Insert the power cable's 12V4PIN and 5V3PIN into the corresponding ports on the motherboard.
4. Start the computer to check if the fan starts normally.
Forward fan blades and reverse fan blades

Q: How can I distinguish and use forward fan blades and reverse fan blades?
A: You can confirm by looking at the fan blades and the direction of air movement.
When you install at the bottom or on the side to draw in fresh air (intake port) into the computer case and don't want to see the ugly back of the fan, then you can use the reverse fan blade version.
When you install at the top or at the rear of the computer case to expel hot air (exhaust) to the outside of the case, you can use the forward fan blade version.
